Refund and Credit Policy 2015-26 1. All registrations must be paid in full by July 31, 2025 in order to receive the Early Bird discount (a 20% reduction from the regular rate). Payments may be made by credit card through Crossbar (subject to a 3% processing fee) or by check. Checks must be received by the July 31 deadline to secure the Early Bird rate. If a check is not received by that date, the credit card on file will be charged the regular rate. 2. Family memberships are non-refundable under any circumstances. Individual program fees are subject to the refund and credit policies outlined below. Credits and refunds are transferable within your immediate family but may not be sold or transferred outside your household. 3. Program fees are non-refundable. However, if you withdraw before November 1, 2025, and your decision is due to a documented injury, illness, or other significant extenuating circumstance (such as job loss), a 100% credit will be issued toward future WVBBTS/WVA programming. Requests for credit must be made in writing and include appropriate documentation. 4. Our weekend programs operate approximately 50 days from Thanksgiving through the end of March. Days lost due to weather, force majeure, or operational issues at Waterville Valley Resort are not eligible for credit or refund. 5. If a documented illness or injury prevents participation for the remainder of the 2025–2026 season, a credit of up to 60% of program fees may be granted at the discretion of the Executive Director. Families are encouraged to consider registration insurance through RegSaver, which may reimburse up to 100% of fees for qualifying events. 6. This Refund and Credit Policy applies only to weekend programs operated by WVBBTS during the 2025–2026 season. It does not apply to any programs operated by Waterville Valley Academy (WVA).
