Snowboard ramp and tramp camp

 Where – The Olympic Training Center at Lake Placid N.Y.

 WhenJune 2010  and August 2010

 What – 4 hours of ramps and 4 hours bouncing on tramps a day 

 How many – maximum of 20 athletes

 What could be better

This is a great opportunity for our young riders to hone in your skills by jumping into

 water for the upcoming season.  You must be either a current USASA or USSA member

 and age 9 or above.

 Camp includes 3 days of coaching with some of the best coaches the sport has to offer.

 Camp cost: TBA per person

 Meals and lodging are not included in the cost of the camp 

Schedule:

 Thursday night - Arrive in Lake Placid – meet at 7 pm to go over

training schedule and afternoon activities

 Fri. – meet at the pool at 8am for the morning session of ramps and tramps

11:45 - Break for lunch - video analysis

12:30 - Meet at the pool for afternoon session of ramps and tramps

Video analysis right after training

Night activities: Bowling, skateboarding, mini golf

 Sat. – meet at the pool at 8am for the morning session of ramps and tramps

11:45 - Break for lunch

12:30 - Meet at the pool for afternoon session of ramps and tramps

Night activities: Bowling, skateboarding, mini golf

Freestyle Training Center Athlete's Code of Conduct and (e) completed and

signed copy of Olympic Regional New York Development Authority Responsibilities
