Admissions Overview

Students who are admitted to Waterville Valley Academy are ambitious, focused and self-motivated, enabling them to quickly adjust to the high academic expectations and rigorous on-snow and dryland training schedule at WVA.  WVA seeks students who strive to achieve the WVA mission and exemplify the WVA philosophyAn applicant's academic profile, snowsports achievements, academic and athletic recommendations and personal interview are all taken into account in reaching an admissions decision.

WVA targets a balanced student body each year of between 80 and 85 students in grades 6-12.  Waterville Valley Academy utilizes a rolling admissions policy.
